Polish street food

First photo is sausage (about a foot long) with sauerkraut, onions and sweet pickles in a bun (that is more like soft French baguette), the second photo is deep fried pierogi stuffed with spinach, spicy chicken, and cheese – Krakow, Poland.

I wasn’t sure what kind of cheese it was when I ate it yesterday. It’s smoked cheese made of salted sheep milk. It had the consistency of mozzarella but a lot denser. Served with cranberry jam. Krakow, Poland
