Foods for my hike yesterday

Three onigiri (rice balls, one was for breakfast), anpan (bread filled with sweet adzuki bean paste), mixed nuts, a protein bar, and a few konnyaku jello packets (they are made of yam starch). All but jellos are conveniently purchased at 7-Eleven – Japan
