Hiyayakko (chilled tofu)

One is regular silken tofu and one is edamame tofu. I usually like to top mine with grated ginger but I only used soy sauce this time so I can enjoy their natural tofu flavors. High quality tofu like these are unfortunately hard to find in the U.S.- Japan
