Nukadoko update

My nukadoko has been doing really well and I’ve been eating a lot of nukazuke (nuka fermented vegetables). I also experimented with non-traditional vegetables like zucchini (shown) and avocado. It’s been fun and healthy! – Japan

Haircut day

Chopped off 31cm (12.2”) of my hair today. That is the minimum length needed for a Japanese nonprofit organization to make a wig. Shortest hair length I’ve had in a long time and it feels great! – Japan
